Traveler's Sugar Doll is sired by the immortal Missouri Traveler E. Traveler has left behind a legacy that will never be matched by another stud in this breed.
Sugar's dam, WC Yankee's Sugar Doll, is a direct daughter of the great Mack K's Yankee and the fabulous show mare, Chantilly Lace. We intend to breed this mare to the best studs of our breed so that we may continue the legacy of her great lineage.
Traveler's Sugar Doll is the dam of Absolut Sunrise, the 2007 Reserve 2YR OLD FUTURITY OPEN CHAMPION and the 2007 RESERVE WC OPEN 2YR OLD STUD. This mare is also the dam of Sunrise's Travelin Lady. This good young filly and Ruth Moore have made the foxtrot look easy despite paralysis in both of Ruth's legs. Sugar Doll is also the dam of WC Traveler's Yellow Cat and WC Traveler's Southern Rose( 2007 3yr old Mens Novice World Champion).
In 2010, Sugar Doll produced a fabulous young stallion(Waitin On A Woman) by our WC Patriot stud and he might be the best offspring of this mare yet. Dark Traveler red colt with absolutely the most natural rhythm & gaited to boot!! He is too good to cut and will be a top stallion when he matures!! He is already paid in full to the 2012 NBC!!
Sugar Doll just foaled(4/29/11) a gorgeous dark red filly by WC Patriot's Rhythm & Jazz. This was quite a cross, combining the bloodlines of Outlaw's Patriot, Missouri Traveler, Yankee's Sugar Doll, Chantilly Lace, Jazz's Dollie Anne, Southern Jazz & of course-Anne's Missouri Lady(known as the Factory Mare). This young filly already shows that she is bred to win many blue ribbons, simply "shakes" with rhythm & natural trot when she moves! She is a total package and will also make a fabulous addition to any breeding program-wonderful disposition like her dam.
